This was a week of big changes and a lot of fun.
To start it off on Tuesday my companion Eldste McCourt and I taught a 17 year old kid at the church and the lesson went great. He is a really smart kid who is super interested in religion and had already read like 50 pages in the Bok of Mormon. We felt like we needed to commit him to baptism and he said if he learns it is true he will be but that he want's to read the whole book first and pray about it. Now that I have moved I don't know much but it was fun to be able to teach 1 last time in Porsgrunn!
Transfer day on Wednesday and I had to take a train and then a bus and as my comp was helping me put my bags on the train the doors shut and he ended up traveling with me for 30 minutes on the train. It was so funny. But it was snowing super hard and I ended up having to take different buses and everything so it was a super eventful day but I made it to Oslo. My new companion is Elder Mathews from Arizona. We don't have a car so we use the subway and buses.
Oslo is a big difference from the small city of Porsgrunn but I absolutely love it! It is just fun to be in a big city with lots of people. The best part about being in Oslo is that you get the opportunity to pass out Books of Mormon at the musical about 3 times a week! We give out about 175 books a night and it is so much fun to do. We won't get back to our apartment until midnight but it is so worth it.
They sadly don't celebrate Thanksgiving here but the bonus about being in Oslo is that we traveled to the mission home yesterday and had an amazing Thanksgiving dinner. It was such a fun day!
I am looking forward to another fun week here in Oslo.
Have a great week everyone!
And sorry the computer I am using doesn't let me plug in my camera so more photos next week!
